Here are some things that you might want to prepare before visiting the showflat:

1. If you currently own a HDB flat: 
   • Login to the CPF website and check how much CPF you have utilised and assess how much is available for your purchase 
   • If you have taken a HDB Loan, login to the HDB website to check your outstanding loan
   • If you have taken a bank loan, check with your bank for your outstanding loan amount
2. If you do not currently own a HDB flat, login to the CPF website to assess how much CPF is available for your purchase
3. Understand how Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty Works
4. Understand TDSR, and speak with a banker to assess how much loan you can get 
5. Alternatively, use our Calculators to estimate the loan that you are eligible for
6. Review the Normal Progressive Scheme so that you can plan ahead
